Outset Media 37005 Review: MindTrap: Classic Edition. I bought this game as a Christmas present for my partner because she had fond memories of it from when she played it years ago. There are several versions of it on Amazon that cost so much! I don't know what those have that this one doesn't; it seems pretty basic.
